According to BMZ, “the V10 brings the largest power capacity in its dimensions. It makes the BMZ V10 Intube the best power-to-weight ratio battery available on the market.” The V10 Intube is available as a 36V and 48V version. For this battery BMZ offers an Open Mold down tube solution so OEMs can quickly integrate the battery into their frame system.
Next to the V10 Intube battery, BMZ also upgraded its mid motor system. The BMZ RS high-performance motor provides an impressive 112 Nm torque which puts him at the top of the e-bike motor market, which is currently only dominated by 75 to 90 Nm drive systems. Thanks to an ‘intelligent’ cooling system full torque can be called up in a wide range of cadence and is available for a long time.
The BMZ RS comes in three versions; the BMZ RS Sport as a highly dynamic sports engine, BMZ RS Comfort for city and SUV bikes and the BMZ RS Cargo for pick-up variants. The first set of test bikes were built in cooperation with e-MTB supplier NOX Cycles and are ready for test. Furthermore, the BMZ RS motor will be found in various cargo applications that are currently being developed in cooperation with some customers.
As an open system provider, the BMZ Group offers individual integration of e-bike components. In addition to proven battery technology, customised and also standardised by BMZ, the portfolio also includes solutions consisting of a display, motor, communication interface and an adapted charger. BMZ’s Connect C is a smart and digital connection to the e-bike, with which detailed information from the drive system can be consulted via a smartphone, the support levels can be adjusted as well as the existing battery charge.
